We are in an era driven by data and led by intelligent technologies. The rapid development of communication technologies has laid the digital foundation for the Internet of Everything; breakthroughs in image and visual processing are redefining the way we perceive and interact with the world; and signal processing, as the core engine of all these, continues to drive the in-depth innovation and integration of information technologies. From 5G/6G mobile communications and next-generation network architectures, to computer vision and medical image analysis, to AI-generated content and edge intelligent computing, the intersection and convergence of these fields are spawning unprecedented technological innovations and industrial transformations worldwide.

2026 11^th International Conference on Communication, Image and Signal Processing (CCISP 2026), which is co-organized by Hefei University of Technology, Sichuan University, technically sponsored by University of Science and Technology of China, supported by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering(APISE). CCISP 2026 conference will be held in Hefei, China from Nov. 19 to 22, 2026.

Building on the successful traditions of previous sessions, CCISP 2026 conference aims to provide a high-level international exchange platform for researchers, engineers, and professionals from the global academic and industrial communities to present the latest research results, share cutting-edge academic ideas, discuss future technological trends, and establish valuable cooperative relationships. It will greatly promote the interdisciplinary integration of related disciplines, inspire new research insights, and offer innovative solutions to address the challenges faced by future societies in terms of high-speed ubiquitous connectivity, intelligent visual perception, and efficient information processing.

We would like to invite you to join us in this important event and share your recent advance development and research finding in Communication, Image and Signal Processing to all attendees. Besides, it is also a good opportunity for you and your family to enjoy the culture and view in Hefei. We are looking forward to seeing you in CCISP 2026.

— Publication & Indexing Information —

1) All the accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into conference proceeding subject to meeting the publisher’s scope and quality requirements. The publisher will submit articles to Engineering Village, Scopus, Web of Science and other databases for review and indexing after publication.

2) Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in international journals.

— Peer Review Instructions & Submission —

All the papers will be peer reviewed, and each paper will be peer reviewed by 2-3 experts. It takes 20-30 days for the result coming out. If the paper needs revising, it should be resubmited for peer review again. Submitted papers are evaluated using a double-blind review process for originality, relevance, and presentation. Reviewers for a paper will be kept anonymous.

1) Manuscripts must be written in English;
2) The manuscript should be written in accordance with the standard of template;
3) The topics of paper should be relevant to conference topics;
4) Plagiarism and Duplicate submission are prohibited;
5) Innovation and scientific value is a must.
