What kind of Visa do I need?

There are many types of visas for Australia:
Visitor Visa (Category 600)
Electronic Travel Authorization (Class 601)
Medical Visa (Category 602)
Electronic Visitor Visa (Category 651)
Transit Visa (Category 771)

The visitor visa is for visitors coming to Australia for tourism and business activities, the former including vacation, leisure and visiting friends and family; The latter includes attending meetings, negotiations or business visits.

Visitor visas (tourist subcategories) typically allow visitors to enter Australia multiple times in one year, with a maximum stay of three months per entry. Depending on individual circumstances, a longer period of stay may sometimes be granted.

How can I apply for a visa?

The Home Affairs Department encourages applicants to use the ImmiAccount online application service, where possible, to fill in the information online and upload the relevant information, without the need to post or deliver any paper materials (including the original passport). Visa fees are paid online using an international credit card.

 

What visa materials should I prepare?

How do I get the visa result?

When filling out the application form, remember to leave your email address. Once the application is confirmed, you will be notified by email.
1) For visitors who apply online through ImmiAccount, there is no need to send any paper documents (including the original passport) during the whole process, the endorsement document will be sent to your registered email in PDF format, and you can print it and carry it; 2) You can visit the Australian Home Affairs website to find out the current global visa assessment times.

2) Invitation Letter

If you need a letter of invitation, please contact conference secretary, and send it with your Copy of Travel Document by email to ccisp@apise.org as early as possible, in order to leave plenty of time to process the application. Please do allow 3 working days to process your request. Please be noted that visa letters are only issued to registrants who have already paid their fees.
